Justice departs server from DF zoonosis that assaulted rescued dog

The court ordered the removal of a Federal District Zoonosis server on Wednesday after he was indicted for abuse. The complaint of the Civil Police states that the man assaulted with kicks and punches a dog outside the public veterinary hospital of DF (HVEP) in Taguatinga. The case occurred in February.

According to reports, the animal was in the health unit for a castration procedure and had been rescued in an operation of the crimes against animals in Candangolândia.

The PCDF reported that the dog aggressions only stopped when an HVep employee intervened.

In DF, the Zoonosis Environmental Surveillance Management is the core of the Department of Health specialized in the reception of dogs, cats and other animals that pose a risk to public health. SES-DF repudiated the conduct and pushed the server away from its activities.
