Revenue receives almost 2.3 million IRPF statements

The IRS received 2,268,983 Declarations of Individual Income Tax (IRPF) from 2025 until 5 pm on Thursday (20). The number is 4.9% of the 46.2 million documents expected for this year.

The deadline for submitting the statement ends at 11:59 pm on May 30. The statement generating program has been available since Thursday (13).

The IRS expects to receive 46.2 million declarations of individual income tax this year, which will represent an increase of almost 7%, compared to 2024, when 43.2 million documents were delivered.

Individuals who received taxable income above R $ 33,888, as well as those who have obtained gross revenue from rural activity over R $ 169,440, are required to declare. Those who received up to two minimum monthly salaries for 2024 are exempt from making the statement, unless they fall into another compulsory criterion.
