STF will have reinforced security for Bolsonaro trial for scammers

The Federal Supreme Court (STF) will have reinforced security scheme for the judgment of the complaint against Jair Bolsonaro for attempted coup. The session is scheduled for next Tuesday (25).

The first class of the court will focus on the participation of the so-called “nucleus 1”, which are part of the former president, Alexandre Ramagem, Almir Garnier, Anderson Torres, Mauro Cid, Paulo Sérgio Nogueira, General Augusto Heleno and Walter Braga Netto.

“The Secretariat of Judicial Police has adopted preventive measures to ensure the security of all during the event, with the support of the Federal District Public Security Bureau and other partner bodies. Among the actions are greater access control, environmental monitoring, reinforced policing and prompt response to emergencies. The objective is to ensure the judgment and ensure the safety of servers, employees, lawyers and the press.

The defendants were denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) for crimes of armed criminal organization, attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, damage qualified by violence and serious threat against the union’s assets, with considerable damage, as well as deterioration of overturned assets and material competition.

In this trial will participate the ministers of the first class of the Supreme Court: Cristiano Zanin, Alexandre de Moraes, Luiz Fux, Flávio Dino and Cármen Lúcia.
