An advertising company that has links with figures of the government signed with the government (PT) and campaigned for the CGU (Comptroller General of the Union), a federal management body responsible for preventing and combating, and for ministries of petista management.
Philadelphia Comunicação, based in Belo Horizonte, is under the name of Érica Fantini Santos. She is the stepdaughter of lawyer José Roberto Moreira de Melo, former partner of publicist Marcos Valério in a business office.
Moreira de Melo was convicted of active corruption and money laundering in an offshoot in the Federal Court in Rio de Janeiro. He appeals from the decision.
Philadelphia signed, in November 2024, a contract of $ 13.97 million to provide digital communication services to the Ministry of Communications for a year.

This CNPJ is still active, but without peace and only with Moreira de Melo as a partner. This legal entity does not participate in public competition.
In the past, Moreira de Melo was a partner of Marcos Valério in the company Tolentino & Melo Business Advisory. According to the Federal Prosecutor, he offered and paid an illicit advantage to a farm prosecutor to benefit financial institutions of the firm.
In the case file, he says that there is no proof of authorship of the crimes and asks for prescription of penalties.
