Millie Turner, Manchester United’s 28-year-old central defense, renewed a contract with the Old Trafford club until 2028 and decided that the remarkable moment deserved to be celebrated with a special company.
“We thought Millie Turner was playing when she said she would bring the dog to the signing of contract,” wrote the women’s women’s team on social networks, following the message with photos and a video where she sees the English player in the company of her dog, Pongo.
The club took the moment to play: “We are pleased to announce the hiring of Pongo, who signed a lifetime contract. A special thanks to Millie Turner for accompanying him on this special day.”
