The Civil Police completed the inquiry into the case of a For the boyfriend and his mother -in -law in Viamão, Rio Grande do Sul. With the conclusion, the victim’s mother was also indicted as an accomplice of the situation.
The mother -in -law, who was arrested in the act at the time, had the pre -trial detention maintained by the court. The victim’s girlfriend, who had several criminal records, is hospitalized.
According to delegate Jeiselaure Rocha, responsible for the case, the teenager has been kept in jail since he was 10 years old. With the investigations, it was possible to see that both the parent and mother-in-law were conniving with the acts of extreme violence to which the girl was subjected, without adopting any effective action to protect her.
According to the delegate, in addition to jail, the mother and mother -in -law were also accomplices and normalized the fact that a 10 -year -old sexually relate to the adolescent offender, who is associated with the crime of rape of vulnerable. Since the rescue, the girl is in a safe place, with medical and psychological follow -up.
The investigation was completed and sent to the judiciary.

The arrest occurred as a result of the “host operation”, whereby it was possible to rescue the young woman on March 7 this year. The teenager, who was pregnant, was kept in private jail by her boyfriend and mother -in -law, in the Estlalary neighborhood, in the city of Viamão, located in Rio Grande do Sul.
According to police, the young woman suffered physical and psychological violence, as well as being prevented from having contact with family, friends, school and guardianship counsel. The boyfriend still banned her from making prenatal consultations.
