Deputy Guilherme Cortez, leader of Alesp (Legislative Assembly of SP), filed a popular action on Friday (21), to request the suspension of the NOTICE NOTICE 11-Coral, 12-Safira and 13-Jade to private initiative.
The bidding was proposed by the governor at the end of December 2024. Cortez, however, claims that there is absence of consultation mechanisms and prior popular participation in the notice.
The psolist also argues that the government does not have the impact of the concession on balance between public and private competition.
Today, the government operates the three lines. For the concession model, the winner will be the company that offers the largest discount to the state.
