The two in law filed a lawsuit at the Court of Justice against the governor of São Paulo, this Sunday (16).
The use of the aircraft registered on behalf of São Paulo was revealed by Sheet This Tuesday.
In the popular action, the feminist benches of Alesp (Legislative Assembly) and the São Paulo City Council ask that the state decree that stipulates the personal use of the aircraft, especially in political manifestation to be invalidated.
They also request that if the popular action is considered upheld and the administrative acts, annulled, that Tarcisio reimburse the treasury.
Tarcisio management justifies the use of the aircraft supported by Decree 48,526 of 2004. According to the Government, “the governor’s institutional security, including all its displacements and the means by which they will be made, is the responsibility of the Military House.”
PSOL countertops ask the government to present the list of passengers and personnel spending spreadsheets and the aircraft on displacement.
“The governor used aircraft owned by the state government to go to a demonstration in which he attacked the Brazilian STF and democracy. This is inadmissible,” said Mrs Paula from the feminist bench.
“We want it to be held responsible for misuse of public money,” adds the deputy.
Tarcisio left Campo de Mars airport on Saturday at 6:09 pm and landed at 7:07 pm at Jacarepaguá airport. In Rio, the governor was staying at the same hotel as the former president () and was tiered in the lobby.
After speaking in the demonstration in the morning, Tarcisio left the capital of Rio de Janeiro at 4:25 pm and landed at Campo de Mars at 5:33 pm.
