Are you missing the idea, what salad to prepare to visit guests? Bet on a layered dish of cooked vegetables, tuna and eggs. Prepare a creamy sauce based on natural yogurt and mayonnaise. Preparation of this dish is very simple, so even a beginner chef can handle it. Mimosa salad It is so tasty that you can expect questions about this sensational recipe. It is also great on the Easter table.
Before you start preparing the dish, get the following ingredients:
- 3 potatoes,
- 1 parsley,
- 3 carrots,
- 5 eggs,
- 2 cans of tuna in own sauce,
- 100 g of grated yellow cheese,
- 1 small onion.
Sos:
- 200 g majonezu,
- 100 g of natural yogurt,
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
- salt, pepper to taste,
- A handful of parsley.
Wash the vegetables, peel and cook until tender in lightly salted water until tender. Set aside to cool. Cut the cooled vegetables into very small cubes.
Cook the eggs hard, peel and set aside to cool. Separate egg protein from yolks. Grate the proteins finely chop and crush the yolks with a fork in separate bowls.
Strain the tuna from the pickle. Peel and chop the onion finely. Combine mayonnaise with yogurt, finely cut with pickled cucumber and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare a bowl. Arrange all ingredients in layers, e.g. tuna, cheese, potatoes, parsley, proteins, carrots, yolks, put each layer of sauce each layer. You can also sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Regardless of the order of laying the ingredients, finally a layer of yolks. Put the salad in the fridge. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
