Edenred Ticket Log shows what price of the liter ranged $ 0.26 compared to the center; ethanol and diesel also recorded significant differences
The northern zone recorded the lowest price of gasoline in the city of São Paulo in the first half of March, according to a survey of the Edenred Ticket Log IPTL (Price Index). The liter of fuel was sold for R $ 6.17 in the region, while in the center reached R $ 6.43, a difference of R $ 0.26 per liter. For a 55 liters tank, the variation can represent an additional cost of up to R $ 14.30.
In the case of ethanol, the east zone had the lowest average price, sold at R $ 4.34 per liter, up 2.12% over the same period of February. The region also registered the lowest amount for ordinary diesel, marketed at R $ 6.42, with an increase of 3.05%.
The lowest prices for the S-10 diesel were recorded in the North Zone, where the liter was charged at R $ 6.49, up 2.04%.
CENTER
The region had the most expensive fuels:
- Common diesel: R $ 6.97/L, monthly variation of 1.01%;
- Diesel S-10: R $ 6.81/L, up 2.71% in the month;
- Gasoline: R $ 6.43/L, advance of 0.78% compared to February; and
- Ethanol: R $ 4.50/L, appreciation of 1.35% compared to the previous month.

IS LEFT OVER
The South Zone was the only one to drop in the price of one of the fuels. The common diesel retreated 0.59%, reaching R $ 6.73 per liter.
In the case of ethanol, the variation in relation to the center reached R $ 0.16 per liter, which can represent up to R $ 8.80 more in the full supply.
The survey is calculated from transactions at 21,000 accredited posts and considers supplies of more than 1 million vehicles run by the brand.
