If you look less on the smartphone, you feel better

For many constant companions, the smartphone is – to chat, scroll, watch videos, occasionally for phone calls and simple so that you do not (supposedly) anything. But the psyche does not seem to be too much screen time. A current study from Austria now provides further findings: If you only use your cell phone for a maximum of two hours a day, you can feel noticeably better after a short time.
