Businessman calls petista “legend” and asks him to “stop chase” Bolsonaro, “allowing” his candidacy in 2026
The businessman (PRTB) stated that the president (PT) is the “Biggest politician in history of Brazil”. According to Marçal, Lula is a “legend”while the former president (PL) is a “mito”.
In an interview with CNNtransmitted this Saturday (22.mar.2025), Marçal asked that Lula “Stop chasing” Bolsonaro and let him compete in the 2026 elections. Bolsonaro, however, is ineligible until 2030 because of two convictions.
“A message to Lula: Stop chase. Let Bolsonaro dispute. Trust your touch. Don’t you know it’s the biggest legend in politics history? […] He is the greatest politician in history in Brazil, won 3 elections and made the [Rousseff] Win too. This guy is an articulator ”Marçal declared.
