Prepare the ingredients:
- 4 potatoes,
- 2 eggs,
- a small bunch of radish,
- 3 cucumbers (pickled or low -salt),
- 1 small onion,
- a small bunch of chives,
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Cook potatoes in shells in salted water. Cool, peel and cut into cubes.
Cook the eggs hard (8 minutes from the moment the water boils). Peel and set aside to cool completely. Cut finely.
Wash radishes. Remove inedible parts. Cut into slices.
Cut the cucumbers into semi -slices. Peel the onion and dice. Chop the chives.
Combine potatoes, eggs, radishes, cucumbers, onions and chives in a large bowl. Mix
In a separate dish Combine yogurt and mayonnaise with garlic and lemon juice squeezed by Prague. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce into the salad.
