The City Hall will take a survey on the facade of UGT (General Union of Workers) due to an extended track on the facade of the building in central São Paulo.
Management () says that, according to the Clean City Law, properties can only make ads “indicative of the activities performed on site”. In the track, with the logos from UGT and the Trade Union, there is the phrase: “End of the 6×1 scale. You deserve time to live!”.
UGT officials told the panel that they were alerted about the risk of fine by municipalities.
“The Subprefecture Sé informs that it will conduct a survey and adopt the necessary measures,” says the note sent by Management Nunes.
The Municipal Secretariat of Urbanism and Licensing states that “according to the Clean City Law, it is not allowed to install banners, banners or any other visual element in built properties, whether public or private, to disseminate offers, products or information that is not provided for in law.”
