After Steve Witkoff’s statements, one of the most important American intermediaries, is the impression that peace in Ukraine will only be realized if it gives up to all Putin’s requirements. Although it is evident that referendums made in eastern Ukraine are of very dubious origin, Witkoff stresses that they are sufficient to consider Russian five regions of Ukraine.
