Minister Flávio Dino of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) accompanied Minister Alexandre de Moraes, rapporteur of criminal action 2,508, in his vote to condemn hairdresser Débora Rodrigues dos Santos to 14 years in prison in closed initial regime. She is accused of participating in the attacks on the buildings of the three powers on January 8, 2023 and was known to have bite the phrase “lost, Mané” in the statue of Justice, which is in front of the STF building.
The trial runs until March 28 and happens in the first class the court. Five judges are part of the class. Thus, if one more of them manifests itself by condemnation, it will be formed majority.
The process is secret and only the Moraes report and vote are available for public access to the virtual plenary system. Dino accompanied him without a separate vote.

Deborah has been arrested at the Rio Claro Women’s Penitentiary, in São Paulo, since the eighth phase of Operation Lesa Fatherland, triggered by the Federal Police in March 2023. Debora is responsible for five crimes: attempted violent abolition of the Democratic State and Law, coup d’état, armed criminal association, qualified damage and deterioration and listed heritage.
