The governor of the Russian Rostov region Yuri Sľusar announced that on the night for Monday the power of air defense was reflected in the massive attack of Ukrainian unmanned aircraft.

He said on his telegram channel that drones were shot down above six districts of the region, as well as the city of Novošachtinsk and approaching the city of Rostov nad Don. Sľusar claims that, according to preliminary information, there are no victims or damage on Earth.

The Russian Ministry of Defense later announced that during this night the air defense systems captured and destroyed 28 Ukrainian unmanned aircraft: after 12 Brian and Rostov region, two above the Crimea and one above the Krasnodar region and the Azov Sea.

Ukraine also reported drone attacks. As a result of the night attack of Russian drones, according to local authorities and rescuers, a man in the Kiev region was injured. Two private houses and commercial operations were also damaged, where the fire broke out.

On Sunday at 6 pm CET had an area of ​​fire in the warehouse near the village of Kavkazkaya an area of ​​approximately 2,000 square meters, the administration on the telegram said. The fire area almost doubled the previous night due to the leakage of petroleum products. Local authorities provided fire trains loaded with water on Saturday.

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that this incident is a violation of the agreement to stop attacks on the energy infrastructure to prepare the land for a ceasefire in the war in Ukraine.
