Finally, the police decided to stop the rail transport on the adjacent track – heading from the south to Brno’s main station. Dozens of connections, including international express trains, have touched. However, the train traffic directed to the main station from the north has not been limited. The city police closed and evacuated several premises, including an apartment building, a bank building or a former secondary school area. In total, approximately 1,100 people were evacuated.
The pyrotechnics took the bomb to liquidate around 13.45, and subsequently, according to the police notice, all restrictions were canceled – trains were restored and people could return home or work.
