Before you start baking, prepare the right sheet. We recommend Form with a chimney with a diameter of 24 cm.
Cake ingredients:
- 200 g of butter,
- 200 g of fine sugar,
- 4 eggs,
- 125 ml of milk,
- 300 g of wheat flour,
- 1½ teaspoon of baking powder,
- a pinch of salt,
- 100 g of dark chocolate,
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
Couaring ingredients:
- 50 g of milk chocolate,
- 50 g of dark chocolate,
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
Prepare the cake. Heat eggs and milk to room temperature. Melt chocolate in a water bath and set aside to cool. Mix the butter with sugar to a light, fluffy mass with a mixer at high speed. Without interrupting grinding, add one egg to the mass.
Sift loose products (flour, baking powder, salt) to the mass, gently mixing the dough with a spatula – only to combine the ingredients. Finally, mix in milk into the mass. Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one, mix the cooled chocolate, and in the other vanilla extract.
Liberate and sprinkle with flour to a 24 cm in diameter. Pour part of the chocolate mass into it. Pour part of the vanilla mass on it, and then again chocolate, vanilla … until the dough is exhausted. Go around the mold, through the center of the dough, half -dipped in it with a knife.
Put the grandmother in the oven preheated to 160 ° C. Bake for about 60-70 minutes – to a dry stick. Take the baked cake out of the oven and cool in form.
