XP Inc. announces this Monday (24) the arrival of Alessandro Bonorino to lead the area of People of the company, as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Bonorino will be responsible for boosting strategies aimed at innovation in the construction and management of strong teams. He will also occupy a chair in the company’s executive committee.
Alessandro Bonorino accumulates 30 years of experience in the sector, more than 20 of them in executive positions. Before joining XP Inc., he held the position of global vice president of people, management, reputation and digital transformation in BRFwhere it played a key role in integrating technology and people management.
