Criminal law expert sees “no incitement” in the Jewish protest against academic ball

The high estate of the right to demonstrate was discussed a lot, especially in Corona pandemic. At the beginning of March of this year, a registered peaceful rally of the Jewish Austrian University (Jöh) was turned off by the police. As the standard reported, the students had thrown a projection onto the outer castle gate for three days on the occasion of the academic ball, on which a countdown was seen to the so -called “Nazi Ball”. For two days, this was apparently no problem for police officers.
