The Portuguese State makes available, through the program “Employment + Digital 2025”, a financial support called ‘Check-Training + Digital’. This incentive, which can reach a maximum value of 750 euros, is specifically intended to improve workers’ digital skills.
The measure is integrated into the Plan of Recovery and Resilience (PRR), being available until September 30, 2025, according to information from Deco Proteste.
Who can apply?
According to Deco Proteste, all workers have access to this support, regardless of the type of work bond. This includes:
- Workers due to others;
- Independent workers, with business or professional income;
- Entrepreneurs in the individual name;
- Members of unipessoal societies;
- Workers in public functions.
However, priority criteria are defined to assign support. Among them, the workers stand out that:
- Participate directly in digital transformation processes in companies or organizations of the social economy;
- Are in a situation of unemployment risk;
- Have digital skills considered reduced;
- Belong to the gender less represented in certain professions.

Areas covered by training
