The lawyer and former unqualler Sebastião Coelho was arrested in the act on Tuesday (25) by the Judicial Police of the (Supreme Court) for contempt and offenses to the Court.
According to information from the court’s advisory, the president of the Supreme Court, minister, ordered the drawing up of the report by contempt and then released the lawyer.
Coelho is an advocate of former Bolsonaro international affairs advisor, who is not among the accused whose complaints are under analysis at Tuesday’s session.
The defender was advised to attend the trial of the analysis of the complaint of the PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) against eight accused by the 2022 coup plot, including the former president of (), in the second class. The first class is the one who judges the matter.
Sebastião was Rabbit at the entrance of the first class plenary and, when he was prevented from entering, began to scream “arbitrary” and then removed by security.
According to STF information, he did not accredit himself in advance to participate.
