Do the casualties and parental licenses impact holidays or holiday and Christmas subsidies? We explain

With the time of delivery of the IRS approaching, the Tax Authority (AT) provided an informative guide that clarifies the differences between the joint or separated presentation of the IRS statement. This guide aims to help taxpayers understand the conditions and limits applicable to deductions to collection, allowing a more informed choice about which option is most advantageous.

How to choose the best option?

The TA recommends to taxpayers to simulate both situations – joint or separate statement – when delivery, to determine which one is most beneficial for each specific case.

Expenses relevant for collection deductions are mostly communicated directly to the Tax Authority through platforms such as the E-Fact, Electronic Receipt, electronically transmitted data by social security or third entities that submit specific statements.

However, this information is presented without considering the composition of the household or the tax regime (separate or set), since these elements are indicated only when submission of IRS model 3 declaration or automatic IRS.

Aggregate composition and legal limits

This guide is a useful tool for taxpayers to decide the best way to deliver the Annual IRS statement, promoting greater understanding of the advantages and implications of each tax regime.
