Easter is here as well as a bunch of eggs that will need to be processed after the carol. But the worst work is often the first step, ie peeling shell. But what if we had an excellent trick that would rid us of this problem?
The peeling of eggs is often quite complex, or rather an unpleasant matter. The shell peeles over millimeters and more and more craters appear in the white. To prepare an spread, it is not except time and nerves a problem, but if you plan to stuff eggs, sandwiches, or other mealing, where you need beautiful and smooth eggs, it can be unpleasant.

Just a glasses with water
Even if it eventually managed, it is a pity to waste time unnecessarily when the egg can peel within a few seconds, moreover perfectly clean and smoothly. As? Prepare a jar with a little water – it will be enough about five centimeters. Choose a screw glass with a lid because you will need to close it.
Shake strongly but gently
Once everything is ready, you can start peeling, whether it is one single egg, or perhaps preparing for a festive board for dozens of guests. Now simply put the egg in a water jar and close it well. You do not need to do anything but carefully, but strictly shake to break the shell. But not only does it break – due to the water that gets into the space between the shell and the white, it also peeles perfectly and without damage to the egg.
Will be enough for seconds
After a few seconds of shaking it will be done. You can open the glass and carefully remove the peeled egg, which will be enough to rinse ideally under running water so that we do not forget the small piece of shell. She could then do a bad service in food. Is it difficult? Not at all, try it and see yourself that it really works.
Sleep eggs
A good method is also a shock bath. Even this is not difficult to perform. But you have to prepare a container with perfectly icy water in advance (actually add ice cubes to the water). When the eggs are cooked, fold them immediately from the boiling water into the ice. The temperature shock will cause the shell from the white and after five to ten minutes it will only be enough to peel off very easily.
Soda and vinegar spreads the shell
Another interesting option is to cook eggs in water, to which we add a teaspoon of edible soda and a little vinegar. These raw materials will help partially stick, or decompose the shell, which will not be too much to prevent removal from the egg. You can spend time saved for children, with which you can decorate the plates on which to use the eggs.
