Brazilian companies also recognize the importance of preparing for market uncertainties. Technologies capable of predicting events and allowing preventive actions have been highlighted by local executives as tools to ensure business resilience.

In this sense, the creation of a data based appears as an important differential. Entrepreneurs point out that their teams are increasingly able to make data guided decisions and predict future demands based on more robust analysis.

“The integration of automation, agility and data offers a solid basis for companies to adapt to the constantly changing business scenario. However, without consistent investments and a data -oriented culture, it will be difficult to achieve the total potential of these tools,” says Barroso.

“Although Latin America is ahead in many ways, local challenges still persist, especially in Brazil, where occasional advances coexist with structural barriers,” says Barroso. Nevertheless, keeping the customer at the center of decisions is still an important competitive differential to leverage productivity.
