World Tuberculosis Day: Acre doctor talks about the dangers of one of the oldest diseases in history

Pulmonologist Célia Rocha published a video on her social networks, this time, the theme was tuberculosis, one of the oldest diseases, having started during prehistory, according to the doctor.

“The disease is a problem worldwide, in Brazil, in the United States, anywhere in the world, it is a public health problem that kills many people. In Brazil there are six thousand deaths,” she says.

The video was published on Monday (24), when World Tuberculosis Day is celebrated, which was created to make the public aware of the disease and efforts to eliminate it.
