Amazon Prime Video decided to invest high for Galvão Bueno’s debut as a narrator in the 2025 Brazilian Championship. Jeff Bezos company closed agreement with former strikers Ronaldo and Romário to comment Corinthians x Vasco.

By contract, Galvão Bueno will make 18 matches, adding Brasileirão and Brazil Cup, two national football competitions whose rights to Amazon bought. Amazon signed a contract with the Forte União League, which has teams such as Vasco, Corinthians, Fluminense and Fortaleza. The bond begins in 2025, lasts five years and runs until 2029.
In all, there will be 38 matches broadcast only on the streaming platform per year. There are 190 games throughout the contractual period.
According to market sources, Amazon will pay about $ 400 million annually for the agreement. That is, in five years, will be $ 2 billion invested in the rights of Brazil’s main soccer tournament.
