The Nunes Management request was made on February 20 by the municipal attorney general, Luciana Sant’Ana Nardi, to the director general of Aneel, Sandoval Feitosa. In the letter, she argues that the city is
“I serve the present to request your landlord’s good career proceedings to provide a copy of the procedure quoted in the defense part filed in that process, in which this respectable agency analyzes the recovery plan presented by ENEL/SP and the convenience of the concession contract,” says the office.
In an answer sent to the City Hall on March 18, Aneel refused the request, claiming that the agency’s studies about the process involving Enel are still provisional.
“The process has not yet been deliberated by the board of Aneel, and because it has a character of preparatory document for issuing a decision act, it is restricted,” the agency says.
The document states that, after the agency’s final decision, the process will be made public.
