The former president () had lunch at a steakhouse on Tuesday (25) with his lawyers, during the interval of the first day of trial of the coup plot at the Supreme Court (STF).
The meal was quick and he was accompanied by lawyers Paulo Cunha Bueno, Daniel Tesser, Celso Villardi and Federal Deputy Mário Frias (PL-RJ). Asked by CNN about first impressions of the trial, he said he was suspicious to speak and declined to go into detail.
He said he will talk to the press at the end of the day, and got in the car to return to the STF.
