The most recent pendulum diplomacy between the United States, Russia and Ukraine is repeatedly achieved for confusion about the interpretation of what has been achieved so far. For example, the United States had only stated on Tuesday evening that both Moscow and Kyjiw had agreed to an agreement on maritime security in the Black Sea. However, there were apparently different views about what had actually been agreed in separate conversations with the delegations of the two parties to the war in separate conversations with the delegations of the two warring parties (or what should be publicly communicated).
