Football: Procedure against LASK defender Boateng posted

Munich-The Munich public prosecutor’s office has investigated the German ex-football team player and current LASK defender Jérôme Boateng to accuse of assault on its ex-girlfriend Kasia Lenhardt. The proceedings should be stopped according to the principle of “in Dubio Pro Reo”, confirmed the authority of the German Press Agency. According to the principle, the 36-year-old is charged “in case of doubt for the accused” not for assault, coercion and defamation.
