The criticism of the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court), to those who “represent no denunciation” animated the defense of accused by the 2022 coup plot.
“I have no doubt that there was omission,” said the minister, in reference to the former president of the former president (PL). “There was so much omission that there were nine allegations.” Fux, however, said the moment was preambular and that the analysis of the merit would be later.
The lawyer José Luis Oliveira Lima, defender of the general, states that this assessment and divergence about the trial in the plenary, in which the minister was a vote for a vote, represent a light for the accused and hope for the defense.

“They say that this is not the moment of analysis of the denunciation. But if the whole process was based on the denunciation, it is an analysis that has to be done,” he says. “They don’t want to look at the thorny themes now. They want to leave it forward. It’s my perception.”
