Chocolate grandmother with a surprise in the form of cheese filling with strawberries This is not only a great idea for afternoon tea. It is also an original proposal for a festive table. It combines various, complementary flavors and many consistencies. Grandmother has a distinct aroma, and thanks to the cottage cheese with fruit, she remains moist for longer. Chocolate lovers will certainly be delighted with such unusual baking.
Ingredients:
Filling ingredients:
- 250 g of cheesecake cottage cheese,
- 50 g cukru,
- egg,
- 2 teaspoons of potato starch,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- A few strawberries.
Cake ingredients:
- 65 g of bitter cocoa,
- 180 ml of hot water,
- 170 g of soft butter,
- 260 g of fine sugar,
- 3 eggs (size L),
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 170 g of sour cream (18%),
- 260 g of cake flour,
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda,
- powdered sugar (for decoration).
Method of performance:
Prepare the cheese mass. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, egg, starch and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix to a homogeneous mass. Mix the finely chopped strawberries into it. Form walnut -sized balls from the mass and put them in the freezer for at least an hour.
Now make a cake. Melt cocoa in water (get rid of lumps) and set aside to cool. Grate the butter with sugar to a fluffy mass. Without interrupting grinding, add one egg to the mass (eggs must be at room temperature), then vanilla extract and cream. Sift flour and soda to the mass, gently mixing the ingredients with a spatula. Mix the water with cocoa into the dough.
Liberate and sprinkle with flour to a grandmother with a chimney with a capacity of about 2.5 liters (22-25 cm in diameter). Pour into the mold a little over half of the dough. Spread evenly frozen cottage cheese mass in it (so that they do not touch the form). Pour the rest of the dough.
Insert in the oven preheated to 175 ° C. Bake for about an hour (to the so -called dry stick). Take the grandmother out of the oven and set aside for a quarter to cool. After this time, gently separate from the mold and place upside down on a pate or plate.
When the grandmother cools down completely, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
