Moraes vote to make Paulo Sérgio Nogueira defendant

The Supreme Court Minister (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, voted on Wednesday (26) to make Defendant General Paulo Sérgio Nogueira.

Moraes is the rapporteur of the case, who is analyzed by the first class.

Nogueira was denounced by the Attorney General’s Office, for participating in the elaboration of a coup plot after the result of the 2022 presidential election.
