With the advancement of negotiations between the United States, Ukraine and Russia and the Energy ceasefire agreement between the conflict countries, Kremlin released, in a statement, the Russian and Ukrainian facilities that are subject to the bilateral temporary moratorium.
According to the Russian government, oil refineries, pipelines, pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations, electricity generation infrastructure, including plants, substations, transformers and distributors, nuclear plants and hydroelectric plants are encompassed by energy ceasefire.
The agreement between the parties was confirmed on Tuesday earlier by the White House and Kremlin himself.
Russia points out that the moratorium will last 30 days since March 18, and may be extended by mutual agreement.
“If one of the parties violates the moratorium, the other party will have the right to consider itself free from their compliance obligations,” concludes Kremlin.
