The Regional Electoral Court of São Paulo () unanimously rejected the appeals of the defense of Carla Zambelli (PL) and upheld, in a session held on Tuesday (25/3), for misuse of the media and the practice of abuse of political power.

The decision also maintained the determination of ineligibility for eight years from the 2022 election. Zambelli’s defense had requested declaration embargoes.
