Former president, who became a defendant, released a key during participation in the “Intelligence Ltda” podcast on Monday (24.mar)
The former president (PL) stated, this Wednesday (26.mar.2025), that he received R$ 140.000 Supporters since released its Pix during a podcast participation on Monday (24.mar). According to Bolsonaro, donations are a demonstration of popular support.
“I was on the Intelligence Ltda program and read a question from a spectator about Pix. I answered: ‘Until tomorrow, I’ll have $ 10,000 in my account.’ said the former president.
The statement was after Bolsonaro became a defendant in the inquiry into the attempted coup d’état of 2022, with the 1st Panel of (Supreme Federal Court) unanimously accepting the (Attorney General’s Office).
Bolsonaro also stated that in 2023, he raised more donations via Pix than the traditional campaign of TV Globo “Child Hope.”
ACCEPTED COMPLAINT
The 1st Panel of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) in 2022. With this, the former president and allies become defendants, and the Court begins a criminal action that may result in the conviction of the accused to up to 43 years in prison.
The accused respond for crimes involved in the attempt to prevent the elected government of (PT). According to Attorney General Paulo Gonet, Bolsonaro was the leader of the group that planned the coup.

- Violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law – 4 to 8 years in prison;
- Coup of State – 4 to 12 years in prison;
- Integrate armed criminal organization – 3 to 17 years;
- Qualified damage against Union patrimony – 6 months to 3 years; and
- DECMARED OF HERITAGE – 1 to 3 years.
JUDGMENT
The trial referred only to the 1st of the 4 groups of persons denounced by the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) for attempted coup d’état in 2022. This is the central nucleus of the criminal organization, of which, according to investigations, the main decisions and actions of social impact.

- (PL-RJ), former director general of ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency) and federal deputy;
- Almir Garnier, former Navy Commander;
- Anderson Torres, former Minister of Justice;
- Augusto Heleno, former minister of GSI (Institutional Security Office);
- Mauro Cid, former Bolsonaro orders of orders;
- Paulo Sérgio Nogueira, former Minister of Defense; and
- former minister of the Civil House and candidate for vice president in 2022.

Installing the criminal action, the Supreme will have to hear the witnesses indicated by the defenses of all defendants and conduct their own investigation. The parties may request the production of new evidence before the trial of the crimes.
After the steps, the Court opens overlooking the final allegations, when it should ask the PGR to comment on the acquittal or conviction of the accused.
