At the time, the Prime Minister of Japan, Shigero Ishiba, and entrepreneurs from various sectors were also present.

Those who buy 20 can buy a little more and maybe all Japanese companies can fly by Embraer plane,” said the president. This is not the ultimate novelty in aviation. The Minister of Ports and Airports, Silvio Costa Filho, said that there was also advance in a sustainable aviation fuel cooperation agreement (SAF).

“Japanese airlines have full interest in being able to fly through SAF and Brazil tends to be a major exporter of this fuel in the future,” he said. He stressed that the government is working with Japan so that 10% of fuel in the Asian country can be the result of ethanol up to 2030 and up to 20% in 2040, according to the country’s strategic energy plan.
