The minister of the Federal Supreme Court must suggest a new calculation for the penalty of the hairdresser, who, after analyzing the process in search of information: if it invaded the court’s headquarters.
According to two people close to the magistrate, this revision should not result in a drastic difference in relation to the sanctions already imposed on others convicted by scammer acts.
Also according to these interlocutors, the minister has said that the penalty may be less than the 14 years suggested by case the case does not confirm the presence of the hairdresser in the attacks within the Supreme.
In this scenario, it could keep the penalties high to those who proven to break tables, chairs, windows and works of art and modulate the punishment to the accused who participated in the acts, but without proof of direct involvement in the breaker.
