ÖVP, SPÖ and NEOS adopted an amendment to the ORF law on Thursday in the National Council, which corresponds to the minimum requirements of the Constitutional Court. The Supreme Court raised some occupation rules for the board of trustees and the public council as unconstitutional in the late March 2025.
