The PF (Federal Police) will celebrate the 81th anniversary of the corporation – Officely completed on Friday (28.mar.2025) – in a ceremony with the screening of the movie “I’m still here”, .
The event will be next Monday (31.mar), at Cine Brasilia, starting at 18:15. The ceremony is reserved for PF employees and collaborators.
The ceremony will take place on the day the military coup of 1964 began. The feature film chosen to display is passed during the dictatorial regime.
The work is starring actress Fernanda Torres, who plays Eunice Paiva (1929-2018), wife of former federal deputy Rubens Paiva (1929-1971), who was kidnapped and killed in the basement of the Brazilian military dictatorship (1964-1985).
The film is based on that of writer Marcelo Rubens Paiva, son of the couple.
