Every good recipe for fast and financially not very expensive food is certainly useful, so it would be a pity not to share with you one nearly instant goodness with which you will surely be a great success with the family. It will be enough for a few ingredients and a little moment of time. Let’s do it.

One of the raw materials we often use when we don’t have time to prepare time -consuming dishes is pasta. Whatever their shape you choose, they are always cooked in minutes and we can flavor them both salty and sweet. They are loved by children, women like them, tolerated by men. What more could you want?

No great magic

This time we even cook pasta in milk. Don’t worry, it’s no big magic, but the result will enchant you. You will only need a pan, a quarter of a kilogram of pasta, a piece of butter, onion, or even garlic, pepper (if you have at home) and of course spices, half a liter (rather a little more) milk and 100 grams of GOUDY, or similar cheese. Do not look for anything more in the pantry, we can go for cooking.

The onion smells

First peel, cut and fry the onion in butter and sliced ​​garlic cloves. As soon as they get out and get a beautifully light golden color, pour milk on the pan and sprinkle the pasta into it. Also add the chopped pepper and do not forget to add everything. The base is done, now just wait for the pasta to cook.

Keep an eye on the milk so that it does not boil

But the boiling course needs to be guarded – don’t worry, it will only go a few minutes. If we left the pasta in milk on the stove unattended, it could easily happen that the milk boils and burned. To whom it has ever happened, he knows what he is talking about. Instead of lunch (dinner and over the next few days) you could only ventilate. So as soon as you see that milk is not enough, rather add a little into the pan. Mix the content at any moment and be careful for the right time when the pasta will be almost finished.

Finally add the cheese

Now comes the right moment to add grated cheese, which we will not cook for a long time, it will be enough to dissolve in the mixture. To make the taste really balanced, we can actually get the finished food, or adjust it using fresh herbs according to your own preference and taste of the family.
