Ingredients for a lawyer grandmother:

  • 1 cup of wheat flour;
  • 3/4 cup of potato flour;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 1 cup of rapeseed oil;
  • 1 cup of agent.

Ingredients for lawyer icing:

  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar;
  • 4 tablespoons of agony.

Preparation method:
Mix all ingredients for grandmother until a smooth mass is obtained. Earlier, heat the oven to 180 degrees, the mixed dough should land as soon as possible in a hot oven.

Brush your grandmother’s mold with margarine or pour the mixed dough into it. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour. Before removing, check the stick if the dough baked. After baking, remove the grandmother from the mold and leave to cool.

Prepare icing: Combine powdered sugar with ajerconiak to a smooth mass. Pour the cooled cake with it, you can now add decorative elements: sprinkles or dried fruit. After frozening the icing, the dough is ready to serve.
