The Czech State Veterinary Administration has banned the transport of hay, straw and green feed from Slovakia and Hungary to the Czech Republic due to the risk of spreading the dreary and croys.
On Friday, the Czech State Veterinary Administration (SVS) updated extremely veterinary measures to prevent the grinding of the clinker and the clover (Slak) to the Czech Republic from Slovakia and Hungary, where this dangerous disease occurs.
“With immediate effect, it banned the transport of hay, straw and green feed for livestock from Slovakia and Hungary across the Czech border. At the same time it has specified the rules of disinfection of vehicles at the border,” spokesman Petr Vorlíček said.

According to him, there is already a ban on the relocation of animals receiving to Slak from Hungary and Slovakia to the Czech Republic. “The relocation of embryonic products, by -animal products and thermally unforced animal products from these countries is also prohibited. The transport of receptive animals from two neighboring Austrian Burgenland and Dolné Austria countries has also been banned from yesterday.”
He added that vehicles over 3.5 tons that transport or are intended for the transport of animals, animal products, by -animal products or derived products and feed can cross borders from Slovakia exclusively through four predetermined border crossings, from Austria through two border crossings. “Here these vehicles are subject to and are subject to disinfection,” he mentioned the measure that the Czechs want to protect themselves from the introduction of the infection.
“Carriers are and will be intensively controlled at the border with Slovakia and Austria, randomly and inland. Controls are carried out in cooperation with the police and customs administration,” says Vorlíček.
