Proposal led by former players will be presented to the Deliberative Council of the Commercial
It is advancing in the implementation of a SAF (corporation of football) with a proposal of the total player. The company, led by former players Calucho and Paulo Jamelli, will formally submit his proposal to the club’s deliberative council next week. The information was released by Gustavo Guerra, chairman of the Deliberative Council, AO, on Thursday (27.mar.2025).
Gustavo Guerra detailed investors’ visit to the Palma Travassos Stadium. He mentioned that the financial details and deadlines will be discussed in future meetings. “We have nothing of values yet, deadline, I do not have this information. All this will be presented next week when they will visit the stadium and we will have several meetings and commitments during the day.”he said. He also highlighted the council’s interest in SAF and the support of the club president to the proposal.
In addition, the club awaits the release of an audit on its debts. The results are expected to confirm preliminary estimates and be presented at a future meeting with the counselors. An interview with journalists will be conducted to inform the fans about the details.
The meeting that discussed these advances also addressed the management of the attached boxes to the Palma Travassos Stadium. It has been decided that a new administration will assume to ensure a more favorable financial balance to the club.
In an administrative change, Wesley Rios was appointed the new vice president of the commercial. Rios, who previously considered running for president against Antonio Carlos Campanelli, assumes the position after the resignation of Ademir Chiari.
