The São Paulo court revoked the 33-year-old arrest on Thursday (27). The woman became known for joining the ballet of the “Domingão do Faustão” program.
In a statement, the defense of the model represented by lawyers Daniel Bialski, Bruno Borragine, Luís Felipe d’Alóia, Gustavo Alvares Cruz, Danielly Casteluci Oliveira and André Bialski said that “despite the excessive delay,” the court recognized that there was no evidence that binded the dancer to the investigated facts.
“The process will follow its course and the defense is fully convinced that, in the end, it will be acquitted of the imputations that fall to it,” says the statement.

The former flask of Faustão was, in the south of São Paulo. According to police, she is suspected of money laundering, illicit enrichment and integrating a criminal organization.
