A 22 -year -old from Novara City, northern Italy, was accused of illegal drug production, according to a local police statement
The Italian police reported on Friday that they dismantled one of the largest clandestine methamphetamine laboratories in the country, holding a university student described as a fan of the “Breaking Bad” series.
The series follows the descendant spiral of a high school chemistry teacher who uses his knowledge to produce and sell methamphetamine, also known as crystal.
A 22 -year -old from Novara City, in northern Italy, was accused of illegal drug production, according to a local police statement. In Italy, the crime foresees penalties ranging from six to 20 years in prison.
The police entered the property on March 21 and found a large table with “a complex distillation workshop” on the ground floor, with bottles, glass tubes and heat -resistant ampoules, lit by a weak red light.
In the attic, they found an area where drugs such as MDMA and DMT were mixed and prepared, as well as “hallucinogenic stamps” – small pieces of paper -soaked in drugs like LSD.
