The president determined that (racial equality) represented Brazil in possession of the president of Namibia, Nandumbo Nandi-Randah, last Friday (21), but the minister did not travel to the event. Instead, the Ambassador participated in the African country, Vivian Sanmartin.
The attitude, according to the panel, learned, left the president contradicted. According to interlocutors, Lula asked the chancellor to communicate to the minister that she would be the Brazilian representative in possession of the first woman to command the African country. Vieira then called Anielle and informed her about the determination.
The minister, however, was in Brazil. According to people along with the episode, when charged by Lula, she argued that she was warned only by telephone and that she did not receive a written communication that she should go to possession.
On the day she should be in Namibia, the minister participated in Rio de Janeiro in the launch of the innovative urban and architectural contest for the Little Africa region, BNDES (National Bank for Economic and Social Development).
