Three Bars Managers in Belgium violated 41 women after adulterating drinks. Attacks were combined

Belgian interior minister, Bernard Quintin, considered the alleged “unacceptable” attacks and criticized the ease of obtaining the ketamine

Three Bars Managers in Belgium adulted drinks and violated 41 women in Kortrijk between 2021 and 2024, writes the news agency AFP.

According to the prosecutors, the suspects tampered with the drinks of the victims with drugs like ketamine in the bars they managed in that city and combined the attacks.

“41 victims have already been identified for the period between December 2021 and December 2024 and the investigation continues to potentially identify others,” said Griet de Pern, a spokesman for the Western Flanders Public Prosecutor on Thursday.

According to Press, one of the main suspects was arrested, a second will be present to the judge, while a third was released.

“Young girls were offered alcohol shots, often flavored Amaretto. They woke up later the next morning, dizzy, in an unknown bed or in their own bed, with clear evidence of sexual abuse,” Tom Janssens, another prosecutor’s spokesman Flamenga VRT told.

Belgian interior minister Bernard Quintin considered alleged attacks as “unacceptable” and criticized the ease of obtaining ketamine.

“If the drug can be obtained easily and cheaply, it becomes easier to commit crimes. Women should be able to safely, wherever they want and when they want,” he said.

Men are suspected of violation, sexual aggression and illegal administration of harmful substances.
